VBS Registration Form
Pre-register for VBS!
You register your child when you arrive to VBS or can download and fill out the form to bring to your first night. We need a physical signature, so please print it out. Also check out our letter for parents and additional pickup form.
Additional Pickup Form
If you are planning on having a different person pick up your children, please fill out the additional pickup form. We need this to be able to release your children to another adult, regardless of relation.
